About the role

Role Summary: As the Client Service Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all patients and visitors receive exceptional service and support.   • Required Qualifications :
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Background in behavioral health.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills required.
  • Knowledge of mental health terminology and procedures is a plus.

Requirements

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree.

  • $25 - $32 USD
