Responsibilities

Requirements
- BE/B.Tech/B.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent with 8+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Python and AI/ML development frameworks.
- Experience with AI/ML ecosystems including PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.
- Deep understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
- Experience designing and deploying AI infrastructure across cloud, GPU-accelerated, containerized, and distributed computing environments.
- Experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI frameworks, and LLM-based application development.
- Expertise with Kubeflow, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, KServe, vLLM, and TensorRT-LLM.
- Knowledge of NVIDIA AI ecosystem, CUDA, GPU optimization, and distributed AI infrastructure.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, communication, and technical mentoring skills.
- Exposure to AIOps, observability platforms, REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, Linux/Unix environments, and networking concepts.
- Additional Responsibilities
- Participate in services presales activities, SOW creation, solution scoping, and customer proposal discussions.
- Create Customer Requirements Documents, High-Level Designs (HLDs), and implementation plans.
- Provide technical leadership across cross-functional teams spanning AI architecture, operations, and delivery.
- Build customer simulations and lab environments to validate AI/ML solution performance and resolve technical issues.
- Deliver customer documentation, knowledge transfer sessions, and enablement programs for internal and external stakeholders.
- Mentor junior engineers and drive adoption of AI/ML engineering best practices across teams.
- Act as a focal point for complex customer issue resolution and ensure successful engagement delivery.
