About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer (Java Backend with React JS & Kafka) to join our engineering team. The role focuses on building scalable backend services using Java microservices architecture and developing responsive front-end applications using React.js. Responsibilities

  • Backend Development:

  • Frontend Development:

  • Cloud & Deployment:
  • Deploy applications on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Code Quality & Best Practices:
  • Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including UI/UX, QA, and DevOps to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • What You Need to Be Successful

Requirements

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in software development with strong backend focus.
  • Backend Skills: Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices
  • Experience in REST API development
  • Knowledge of design patterns and scalable system design
  • Frontend Skills: Hands-on experience with React.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
  • Messaging & Streaming: Hands-on experience with Kafka (producer/consumer, event streaming)
  • Cloud & DevOps: Experience with AWS/Azure
  • Containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes
  • CI/CD tools and pipelines
  • Other Skills: Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in Agile environments

  • Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra)
  • Knowledge of event-driven architecture and distributed systems
  • Experience with DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
  • Exposure to automotive or connected systems domain

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven hands-on experience in Java backend + React + Kafka stack
