Responsibilities

  • Own the Event Portfolio
  • Plan, execute, and follow up on Monarch's full event calendar, including national conferences, medical association events, field activations, and hosted experiences. Manage logistics, vendor relationships, budgets, and timelines across all programs.

  • Serve as the connective tissue between event execution and sales follow-through. Ensure leads are captured and the sales team is set up to convert event engagement into pipeline.
  • Track Performance and Optimize
  • Establish clear metrics for every event, including attendance, engagement, and leads generated, and use that data to make subsequent events better.
  • Execute with Rigor
  • Own the operational details across multiple simultaneous programs so nothing falls through the cracks, including shipping, vendor contracts, staffing, on-site execution, materials development, etc.

Requirements

  • Required
  • 4-7 years of experience in marketing, with meaningful exposure to events, field marketing, or demand generation
  • Proven track record driving physician, professional, or B2B audience attendance and pipeline through events
  • Strong writing skills-able to develop clear, compelling messaging for a professional audience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage event logistics, budgets, and vendor relationships end-to-end
  • Comfortable owning outcomes independently in a remote, fast-moving environment
  • Strong collaborator who works fluidly across sales, marketing, and external partners
  • Willing and able to travel approximately 25-30% of the time
  • A passion for improving how women experience healthcare
  • Preferred

This role sits at the center of bringing that movement to life-by creating the moments, rooms, and experiences that introduce physicians to what Monarch makes possible. Role Summary The Event Marketing Manager is responsible for building and running events as a core physician growth channel and supporting brand awareness efforts. You will own Monarch's full event presence from national conferences and medical society meetings to intimate local market activation and ensure that every event is purposeful, well-executed, and connected to the physician pipeline. You'll also design and run smaller-scale, market-level events specifically built to generate physician leads and deepen relationships in priority markets. This role sits at the intersection of marketing and sales. You'll work closely with senior leadership, including the CEO and Chief Partnership Officer, as well as the extended sales and Marketing teams to develop audience strategy, craft compelling messaging, and make sure event activity translates into outcomes.
