Responsibilities
- As a Sales Agent , you will provide exceptional service and expert consultation to Hippo customers and prospects across inbound and outbound channels. You will play a vital role in helping customers understand, manage, and enhance their insurance coverage by:

- Communicating with Hippo customers to answer policy questions, recommend updates, and ensure optimal coverage across Hippo and third-party products
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all available insurance products, systems, and carrier platforms to ensure a high standard of sales and service
- Keeping detailed records of interactions in Salesforce and ensuring all follow-up and documentation is accurate and timely
- Supporting account servicing by assisting with trailing document collection, policy amendments, and responding to basic service inquiries

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Property & Casualty insurance, customer service, sales, or a closely related field
- Current and active P&C license required (multi-state licensing a plus)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-growth, dynamic, and goal-driven environment
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and the ability to quickly learn new software platforms
