Responsibilities
- Take charge of sourcing products and services across all business activities, including:
- Office & SG&A: Office supplies, IT equipment, employee benefits (Group Insurance, Visa & WP services), and facility management.

- Utilize the company's ERP system (NetSuite) to extract data and conduct Spend Analysis, using these insights to plan procurement strategies and increase negotiation leverage.
- Build and maintain a robust Vendor Management database. Continuously evaluate vendor performance (SLA); proactively source alternative vendors if current ones underperform.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- 3-5 years in Procurement, Sourcing, or Purchasing, with a track record of handling diverse corporate categories. Exceptional sourcing capabilities and razor-sharp negotiation skills. Must possess strong commercial awareness.
- Highly adaptable, solution-oriented, and capable of working independently without waiting for step-by-step instructions.
- Strong expertise in handling import documentation and navigating FDA regulatory clearance processes.
- Proficient in English for coordinating with overseas vendors and agents.
