About the role
The Office Manager for G2 will play a critical role in managing G2's India office in Gurgaon, ensuring a seamless and engaging workplace experience for employees from launch through steady-state operations. In This Role, You Will: Responsible Area: G2 India office operations -60% Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, including supplies, and visitor management. Coordinate with IT, security, Service provider to ensure operational readiness from day one Oversee workspace setup including seating plans, access controls, collaboration spaces, and employee amenities Oversee and coordinate with the Service Provider to ensure compliance and operational efficiency. Monitor and ensure maintenance of the G2 office infrastructure as per agreements and the legal requirements. Provide efficient administrative support to leadership and employees by handling all administrative requests. Manage budgets for office related expenses and recommend adjustments based on previous year's spending patterns and anticipated requirements Drive best practices in office management Responsibility Area: Employee engagement events & G2 event planning/execution support-20% Plan and execute monthly /quarterly employee engagement activities/APAC All hands to foster a positive workplace culture. Take complete ownership of organizing G2 India annual corporate meetups and support the Revenue/Product teams with internal sync weeks and external customer events. Drive ERG and community events in the region to strengthen the unique G2 culture in APAC. Coordinate the regional execution of employee milestones, including managing anniversary gifts, mementos, and new joiner swags. Oversee onboarding logistics such as ID card issuance, visiting cards, and other essentials to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new joiners. Responsibility Area: Process optimization and drive projects and vendor management-20% Review and assess current administrative office processes to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency and be consistent with other regional offices. Develop and implement streamlined procedures for visitor management, vendor management, office infrastructure organization. Document all processes and policies on the Gurgaon office Confluence page, ensuring they are regularly updated for accessibility and accuracy. Own and manage the Gurgaon office Slack channel, acting as the primary point of contact for addressing and resolving office-related requests. Drive ad-hoc initiatives / projects as may be necessary from time to time. Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to procure relevant merchandise for G2 employees while maintaining quality standards & budgets
