Warehouse Assistant - 5 days - Kallang

Responsibilities

• Perform daily warehouse operations in accordance with SOP and 6S standards to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Handle issues arising during order processing or delivery; escalate promptly when necessary and support resolution.
• Carry out receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities within required timelines.
• Maintain basic operational records and assist in data reporting as required.
• Work closely with team members to support smooth operations and improve overall efficiency.
• Maintain on-site 6S standards and support the supervisor in daily warehouse management activities.

Requirements

• NITEC or higher qualification, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of warehouse experience; familiar with inbound and outbound operations and basic office software. (Fresh graduates from relevant disciplines are welcome to apply.)
• Team player with good communication skills and a responsible, detail-oriented mindset.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to follow operational instructions.
