About the role

The Grade 2 RN will be responsible for the delivery of expert clinical care within the cardiac cath lab under the guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager or Associate Nurse Unit Manager. You will also be responsible for ensuring own professional development, including clinical skills and knowledge, in order to successfully deliver a safe, empathetic and exceptional procedural experience to our patients in this niche nursing role. Participate in on-call duties within 40 minutes outside business hours. Participate in department education and meetings Classifications for this position will range from YP3 - YP9 ($69,253.60 - $92,601.60 pro rata per annum). Your Contribution -Degree in general nursing which meets the registration requirements of the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia -Current Nursing Registration with AHPRA -Cath lab experience preferred -Current Cardiology or Critical Care experience essential - Current National criminal history check, or willing to obtain
