About the role

£12.71 per hour permanent position Zero hours contract Full flexibility required Monday - Sunday Greeting guests arriving at the hotel Assisting with handling guests' luggage Helping to escort guests to their rooms Answering any guest queries, directing them to the correct department where necessary Helping to keep guest and public areas clean and tidy Working closely with other staff to ensure the safety of guests Assisting with room deliveries such as room service or extra amenities Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to be a reliable team member An additional share of the service charge and tips every month 28-days holiday including bank holidays An additional paid day off on your birthday Complimentary stay at the castle after 3 months probation period successfully passed Training programs via internal & external professionals and access to online training facilities Staff and family rates on hotel accommodation and discounts on food and beverage Recognition programmes Career development programmes Uniform and meals provided whilst on duty and free parking
