Leadership You own the light commercial air conditioning product roadmap, with a focus on Packaged Air Conditioners for sales across all served Middle East and African markets. In this capacity. You are responsible for turnover and margin development of the products in scope. #WORK Product Management and Operations You are responsible for structuring and managing a competitive product portfolio for the assigned product category, working closely with R&D, factories, and Joint Venture or sourcing partners to develop a competitive product range. You implement measures to analyze markets, plan and steer turnover and margin, address portfolio gaps, and nurture relationships with the sales organization and customers. You oversee lifecycle management for the assigned product category, ensuring that technical specifications, costs, and competitiveness remain aligned with market requirements. You support strategic initiatives and take ownership of special projects in the area of product management. #WIN. Your contribution.
