- Lead branch compliance efforts, including permitting, environmental reporting, and safety programs.
- Ensure all operations adhere to regulatory and company safety standards.
- Leadership & Team Management
- Serve as a key member of the branch leadership team, contributing to the achievement of annual operating goals.
- Direct and support personnel including installation supervisors, service and retail service representatives, scheduling staff, and warehouse teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of outstanding customer service experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Proven ability to remain calm during stressful situations.

- $69,840.00 - $104,760.00
