Requirements

• Active Texas pharmacy license required at submission
• PharmD and RPh certification
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of hospital pharmacy experience required
• Pediatric exposure or experience strongly preferred
• Epic charting system experience required
• Candidates with only retail pharmacy experience will not be considered
• Clean background check required (facility does not accept Nursys or background hits)
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
