The Computer Programmer position will need to develop effective working relationships throughout the Full-Scale Pavement Testing Program and across the State Materials Office.Minimum qualifications require a bachelor's degree in a relevant field with applicable work experience.A graduate degree and research experience are preferable.Statement(s) of UnderstandingThis position requires a background check.
