  • Experience acting as a technical focal point or escalation lead for problem resolution during high-visibility, sophisticated customer engagements.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide guidance, mentorship, and technical leadership to other engineers under limited supervision.
  • Background in developing digital intellectual capital, such as automation scripts or digital signatures, to optimize delivery workflows.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a validated ability to align project scope directly with customer business goals.
  • Experience collaborating seamlessly across distributed, multi-cultural teams and diverse global geographies.
  • Fluency in Japanese is preferred to manage and support our customers in Japan
