- Support the HR Officer in monitoring employee attendance and timesheet completion.
- Follow up with employees and managers to ensure timely submission and approval of timesheets.
- Assist in processing leave requests and overtime records in accordance with IRC policies.
- Support the HR Officer in maintaining accurate leave, attendance, and overtime trackers.
- Provide first-level support to staff regarding attendance and leave-related inquiries.

Position Overview Under the supervision of the Human Resources Officer, the Human Resources (HR) Assistant supports the effective delivery of human resources services and ensures that day-to-day HR and administrative activities are carried out in accordance with IRC policies, procedures, applicable labor laws, and HR best practices. The position provides administrative and operational support across key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, personnel administration, payroll support, employee records management, learning and development, HR reporting, and compliance. The HR Assistant contributes to maintaining accurate HR documentation, ensuring confidentiality of employee information, and supporting positive employee experience. The HR Assistant is responsible for escalating employee-related matters requiring guidance, approval, or intervention with the HR Officer and, where appropriate, the Senior HR Manager and P&C Coordinator.
