Machinery Mechanic

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Formal training or certification in mechanics, automotive technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a mechanic, with hands-on experience in engine repair, cranes and excavator operation, and construction equipment maintenance.
• Must be very familiar with XCMG machines.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin to coordinate with team members and suppliers.

Job Descriptions : Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and overhauls on diesel and gasoline engines used in construction and excavation machinery. Diagnose and repair issues with construction machinery, including loaders, bulldozers, excavators, and cranes. Ensure that all equipment complies with safety standards. Conduct thorough inspections of machinery to identify faults or potential issues. Use diagnostic tools and techniques to troubleshoot and resolve problems. Implement and adhere to scheduled preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while performing maintenance and repairs. Ensure that all equipment is operated and maintained safely and efficiently.
