- To be successful in this role, we believe you have 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Performance Management, Business Control or similar analytical and operational roles. You also have e xperience in leading teams or driving operational processes in complex organizations.
- Key experience:
- Proven experience from leading roles in Sales Management, Sales Operations and Performance Management in large, complex organizations
- Excellent leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of pipeline management, forecast processes and KPI monitoring
- Ability to manage complex stakeholders and work closely with sales managers and experience in advanced sales follow-up
- Meritorious: experience in transformation work or establishment of new control models.
- Fluency in English and Swedish

We're looking for a Head of Performance Management to join us at Telia. I'm Anders Selin , Acting Head of Sales Operations at Telia B2B Sweden , and I'm searching for someone ready to grow with us. We're a supportive, forward-thinking organization focused on driv ing performance management and sales development. In this unit , w e design & drive the change agenda - from idea to effect. We define & implement new steering models, working methods and business rules for all customer units , from high velocity sales to advanced bid and risk management in complex solution sales. We develop & reinforce the organization's skills in both processes and sales methods through training and coaching of our employees and leaders a cross the B2B organi z ation. The Head of Performance Management is responsible for developing & improving the operational sales management for all of B2B. The role is responsible for ensur ing that all sales units ( Major Account, Channel Sales and other B2B segments ) work in a common, transparent and unified framework for monitoring, reporting and performance sales management. The role also includes responsibility for supporting the sales management teams with operational sales reporting & analytics, both recurring & predefined as well as proactive & and more exploratory analytics .
