WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH This role reports to the APLA Merchandising Business Integration Director and leads a team of Merchandising Information Analysts. The team operates at the center of merchandising execution, connecting Geo and territory teams. This role partners closely across Merchandising, Global Business Integration, Data Governance, Planning, Technology, Nike Direct, and Sales to keep the season on track. The ideal candidate brings strong operational discipline and a deep understanding of merchandising processes across seasonal milestones. They build trust across functions, influence without authority, and keep teams aligned through change. They are equally skilled at developing talent, navigating ambiguity, solving problems, and driving decisions forward. Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, Operations, Analytics, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training 5+ years of experience in merchandising, planning, operations, or related fields 2+ years of people leadership experience Strong understanding of merchandising processes and seasonal timelines Experience with MerchMAN X (MMX) and Audio Visual (AV) systems preferred Willing to work in Beaverton, Oregon
