In this position, you will have three main roles covering a large scope of responsibilities: You are the gatekeeper of the SD and TM processes and its integration with the rest of the ecosystem: Understand the business needs and translate into a solution. With other team members, you design cross processes flows. Work closely and confidently with various departments. You are ensuring maintenance and enhancement of your process. You act as trusted partner for long term & continuous improvement: Manage business relationship to define target priorities and business value. Ensure communication and be responsible of oneself indicators (measurable KPIs). Animate, inform, communicate, enhance, anticipate and perform with the other domains to ensure end-to-end design. Elaborate action plans for continuous improvements of the solution and solving recurrent incidents.
