About the role
To provide exceptional customer service to both internal & external customers and to achieve department's objectives for timely freight processing, and associated admin tasks within the set KPI. Communicate with our customers in executing export bookings. Prepare export documentations. Qualifications, Experience and Education Requirements Minimum tertiary educational level 1 to 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Understanding of ocean documentation process or experiences in the industry is preferred but not mandatory. Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results. Pro-active, strong organizational skills. Good computer skills (Excel, Word) and problem-solving skills. Fluent in English. Expectations: Provide excellent customer services to both internal and external customers.
