We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support our logistics and execution team by ensuring invoices are reviewed, verified, and processed in a timely manner. This is a fast-paced role requiring strong attention to detail and effective stakeholder communication. This is a 6-month fixed term contract. Key responsibilities will be but not limited to: Review and process logistics and execution invoices Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies with internal stakeholders Follow up with service providers for updated rate cards Ensure invoices are processed within required timeframes Provide general administrative support to the team Assist with ad-hoc tasks as required Desired skills and experience: Experience in logistics, accounts payable, or administration Exposure to commodities (desirable) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Intermediate Microsoft Office skills Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities Strong communication skills with stakeholders at all levels Positive attitude and willingness to support the team Please click on the link to see some of the perks and benefits of working with LDC.
