Responsibilities

  • Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical field.
  • 8+ years of hands‑on experience in security engineering, including leading or designing large‑scale security solutions across cross‑functional teams.
  • Deep technical expertise in defensive security domains such as data protection, application security, cloud or infrastructure security, and incident response.
  • Proven ability to assess risk, decompose complex security problems, and deliver practical, scalable solutions in high‑growth environments.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to influence engineers, product managers, and business leaders.
  • Demonstrated ownership, bias for action, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑driven culture.
  • Experience working with global or regional teams across different time zones is highly valued.

Requirements

  • Security‑related certifications such as OSCP, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent.
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting security programs for e‑commerce, logistics, payments, or large‑scale consumer platforms.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and privacy requirements relevant to Taiwan and Japan (e.g., data protection, cross‑border data handling).
  • Experience driving security initiatives that balance compliance, customer experience, and business velocity.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly in both languages.
