Responsibilities
- Strategy and Operations
- Conduct market research, benchmarking, data analysis, stakeholder interviews and workshop synthesis
- Prepare client-ready PowerPoint decks, Excel analysis, business cases, executive updates and steering committee materials

Requirements
- 3 - 8 years of experience in consulting, insurance, banking, financial services, start-ups, transformation, operations, product development or technology-enabled change
- Exposure to strategy, distribution transformation, product launch, operating model design, process re-engineering, digital transformation, data, AI, automation, regulatory change or governance
- Strong problem structuring, research, analysis and quantitative skills, with excellent Excel and PowerPoint capability
- Ability to move beyond generic frameworks and apply out of box, design thinking and practical approach
- Clear written and verbal communication, with confidence producing senior stakeholder-ready outputs
- Ownership mindset, attention to detail, resilience, curiosity and ability to work effectively in fast-paced teams
- Experience in life insurance, health insurance, Singapore or APAC insurance markets will be advantageous
