itD is seeking an Instructional Content Developer to support internal change management initiatives related to the HR services and functions. This role will focus on developing engaging, clear, and effective materials that emphasize the value proposition for the learner with more of a marketing feel, engaging instructional assets that leverage creative visual engagement and interaction. This is fully remote role, but must work and support EST hours. We provide comprehensive medical benefits, a 401k plan, paid holidays, and more. Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership. Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material). Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice. Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual). Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.
