Customer Experience Executive (Automotive Services)

About the role

We are looking for a customer-focused individual to support customer enquiries and daily operations within our automotive paint protection business. We are a leading automotive detailing, paint protection and car care products distribution company with over 10 years of experience in Singapore. As a certified GYEON studio and distributor of premium detailing brands, we provide professional detailing services, automotive paint protection solutions such as coatings and PPF, training programmes and high-quality car care products to customers and industry professionals alike. Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, social channels, phone and walk-ins
• Recommend suitable services and paint protection packages
• Co-ordinate customer's vehicle booking schedules, receiving andcollection
• Work independently and often unsupervised, to deliver the tasks allocated
• Maintain customer records and operational reports
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible and able to work independently
• Passion for the automotive industry is an advantage
• Suitable for individuals who enjoy interacting with customers and solving problems.
• Shortlisted candidates may be required to demonstrate their skills and competencies through a practical assessment during the recruitment process.
