- The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $65,000-$97,500 USD annually.

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will support the development, validation, and scale-up of manufacturing processes for our innovative surgical device - directly contributing to product quality, efficiency, and patient outcomes. What will you be doing? Lead the development and optimization of manufacturing processes for advanced soft tissue repair device systems Partner with Research and Development and Quality teams to support design for manufacturability and ensure robust production processes Develop, validate, and implement equipment, fixtures, and tooling for assembly and inspection Support the transfer of processes from development into high volume manufacturing Execute root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address production challenges Support process validation, change control activities, and documentation in compliance with regulated medical device standards What will you need to be successful? Education : Bachelor's degree in Engineering such as Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial or a related field
