We're scaling internationally and looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to help us win and grow global retail clients across Spain & LATAM , while expanding relationships with some of the world's most innovative retailers. โจ How you'll make a difference Win new enterprise clients: Own the full sales cycle across Spain & LATAM, from prospecting to closing strategic deals. Grow strategic accounts: Manage and expand mid-to-large retail accounts, driving retention, upsell, and international expansion. Create long-term value: Develop 6-12 month strategic account plans with clear success metrics and measurable ROI. Lead complex deals: Manage RFPs, RFIs, and enterprise negotiations to build long-term partnerships. Influence the retail ecosystem: Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and strategic partners across the industry. ๐งฉ What we are looking for โ Experience managing โฌ1M+ enterprise accounts with a strong hunter-farmer mindset โ 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales , ideally in Retail or QSR โ Strong knowledge of the Spanish & LATAM markets. โ Comfortable navigating long, complex sales cycles โ CRM -driven and structured (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) โ Fluent English & Spanish required | Additional languages (e.g., Portuguese) are a plus โ Resilience: Comfortable navigating long sales cycles, complex negotiations, and enterprise decision processes with persistence and a solutions-oriented mindset. โ Execution & Adaptability: Highly organized with strong follow-through.
