We are looking for a results-driven Email Marketing Specialist with expertise in B2B campaigns and lead generation . This role will focus on building and executing targeted email campaigns that nurture prospects, generate qualified leads, and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage B2B email marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Build segmented mailing lists and personalize campaigns to maximize engagement. Create compelling copy and design layouts that align with brand voice and goals. Implement A/B testing to optimize subject lines, CTAs, and content. Track and analyze campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions). Collaborate with sales teams to ensure smooth lead handoff and nurturing . Use CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Marketo, Apollo, Smartlead, Linkedin messaging). Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2+ years of experience in B2B email marketing and lead generation . Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and digital lead gen strategies is a plus. Preferred Skills Experience in SaaS, technology, or professional services industries.
