About the role Face Reality is seeking a high-performing, relationship-driven Retail Account Manager (RAM) to lead growth and execution across key strategic and national accounts within the professional and medical channels. This role sits at the intersection of account management, field execution, and retail sell-through strategy , ensuring our partners successfully drive both backbar adoption and retail conversion . The RAM will act as a critical bridge between National/Strategic Accounts, Business Development, Education, and Field Teams , delivering a best-in-class partner experience while accelerating revenue growth across assigned accounts. This is a fully remote role with heavy travel across our National accounts with emphasis on the East Coast. RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Account Ownership & Growth Strategy: Own and execute account plans across assigned strategic partners (e.g., national facial bars, multi-location clinics, and key pro accounts) Identify and drive opportunities for revenue growth, SKU expansion, and increased average order value (AOV) Analyze sales performance, sell-through trends, and account behavior to inform strategy and action plans Retail Sell-Through & Backbar Conversion: Drive retail performance at the door level through education, merchandising guidance, and promotional strategy Partner with Education to execute Train-the-Trainer (TTT), in-person trainings, and virtual learning programs that support sell-through Field Execution & Partner Engagement: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including founders, operators, lead estheticians, and field leadership Conduct account visits, business reviews (QBRs), and in-field + virtual trainings to drive alignment and accountability Support new door openings with strong onboarding, opening orders, and launch execution Program Execution & Promotion: Plan and execute product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns to drive incremental revenue Partner cross-functionally (Sales, Marketing, Education, Operations) to ensure seamless rollout and execution Monitor and adjust strategies based on performance, feedback, and market trends Team and Cross Functional Leadership: Partner closely with National Accounts Manager to align on account strategy Act as a voice of the customer internally-sharing insights, opportunities, and risks Support broader team initiatives including CRM excellence, pipeline visibility, and process adherence Core Competencies: Relationship Building: Establish trust and long-term partnerships with multi-level stakeholders Retail & Service Acumen: Deep understanding of esthetician workflows, service-to-retail conversion, and in-room selling Strategic Thinking: Ability to connect data, trends, and field insights into actionable growth plans Communication: Clear, compelling articulation of Face Reality's value and systems-based approach Execution Excellence : Strong follow-through across trainings, launches, and account initiatives Adaptability : Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving, high-growth environment QUALIFICATIONS 5-8+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or field sales within skincare, aesthetics, or beauty Valid Esthetician or Cosmetology license Valid drivers license Strong experience driving retail performance and/or multi-location account growth Proven ability to manage complex accounts and influence cross-functional stakeholders Experience in education-driven selling environments (esthetician, facial bar, or clinical preferred) Ability to travel up to 75% Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Energetic, self-starter mindset with a passion for skincare and partner success PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to carry out
