The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and up to 1 year of experience; or 5 years' experience in a related field3 years asset, client or account management experience preferredStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with peers, business partners, and leadershipAbility to interact with internal and external business partners supporting corporate policy, standards, processes and proceduresProficient in understanding, analysis, and management of vehicle information to provide recommendationsAbility to demonstrate a consultative approach to customer needs, run reports and interpret data to draw conclusionsStrong proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office programs; strong MS Excel proficiency requiredSelf-motivated, able to manage expectations, prioritize work to meet deadlines, and work under pressure in a fast paced, high-energy environmentStrong customer service and organization skills requiredWorks well in a team environment by supporting departmental initiatives and goalsProvide excellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to sit or stand for prolonged periods of timeAbility to perform repetitive data entry tasks, manual dexterityPreferred qualifications include:Bachelor's degreeFleet and telematics experienceDrug TestingEmployees are eligible to receive a minimum of 6.67 hours of paiVision insuranceRemote work optionsFlexible schedule
