It is a high-volume, high-performance application that directly drives our growth and patient outcomes. Working alongside our Tech Lead and the founders, you'll be coming in early and will actively support making key technical and architectural decisions that will impact the structure of the platform over the long term. You'll partner closely with the team on feature development, technical choices, and execution as we scale.

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale the production version of the platform through hands-on development.
  • Ship critical, high-impact features that directly influence the user experience.
  • Translate product specifications into clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
  • Optimize frontend and backend performance to ensure a lightning-fast onboarding experience.
  • Integrate key third-party APIs for payments, analytics, and user messaging.
  • Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to keep the platform stable as we rapidly iterate.

  • Strong experience working with relational databases, specifically Postgres.
  • Proven experience building and scaling production-grade, user-facing applications with real-world performance considerations.
  • Comfortable navigating the infrastructure side of things, with practical, hands-on experience in AWS.
  • Experience using modern AI-assisted development workflows, specifically Claude Code.
  • A strong track record of thriving in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments (like early-stage startups or nimble product teams).
  • A high level of technical ownership-you take pride in seeing a feature through from local development to production.
  • Experience building or optimizing direct-to-consumer (D2C) platforms.
  • Experience integrating payment processors like Stripe .
  • Experience designing complex, multi-step user onboarding or checkout flows.
  • Experience setting up or analyzing A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely ).
  • What's in it for you?
  • As full-time member of our team, you'll enjoy:
  • Flexible working hours
  • Work wherever you choose.
  • Fun and casual work environment.
