This is a fantastic opportunity for a client-centered insurance professional who holds themselves to the highest standards and aligns their success with that of the customer. We're boldly going where no insurance broker has gone before! Reporting to the Team Lead, you'll be responsible for managing a book of business by servicing existing clients and welcoming new ones, providing guidance and an unmatched customer experience. Bonus: There's no cold calling or prospecting required - we provide the leads and accounts!

Requirements

  • Licensing & Commercial Experience: You hold a valid broker license for your province and have 1+ years of P&C experience. Previous commercial broking experience is strongly preferred.
  • Professional Development: CIP, CAIB, or CRM designation is a bonus.
  • Client-First Communication: You're skilled at translating complex insurance concepts into simple, clear language that clients appreciate.
  • Workflow Efficiency: Proven ability to utilize a BMS or other digital tools to streamline your workflows and manage high-volume client data.
  • High-Impact Collaboration: You thrive working with colleagues, underwriting teams, and partners to achieve shared goals and deliver seamless service.
  • Solution-Oriented Drive: You approach challenges with persistence and agility, consistently meeting set targets and finding innovative solutions.
  • Exceptional Organization: You have strong prioritization skills and demonstrated flexibility in managing a diverse portfolio of clients and tasks simultaneously.
  • Detail-Focused Execution: You maintain a sharp attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all policy and account management processes.
