Roles & Responsibilities - The LAS Role reports to the Lead People Solution Delivery Leader in the Information Systems Department. - Lead requirements and functional IT designs - Accountable for collaborating with Human Resources Business Process Leaders and Human Resources Business Process Experts to deliver solutions that deliver business capabilities. - Consult with expertise centers and business partners to ensure alignment with work process strategy and vision. - Provide subject matter expertise in one or more I/T architecture areas. - Provide subject matter expertise in one or more HR application areas.
