Responsibilities

- Excellent communication and coordination skills for interfacing with customers and program leadership
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)
Requirements
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) or proposal development
- Background in test systems, system integration, or hardware/software engineering environments
- Ability to analyze program data, identify risks, and drive process improvements
- Experience with Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and Unit Under Test (UUT) environments
- Background in RF systems, radar, communications, or EO/IR technologies
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, etc.)
- Experience with test automation platforms (Keysight, ATEasy, etc.)
