Position : Temp Staff - Engagement and Partnerships Division(Service Excellence) Location: College Road Contract Period: 1 August 2026 - 1 August 2027 Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8.30am - 6.00pm Friday: 8.30am - 5.30pm (1-hour lunch break) Salary: $18.50 per hour (Degree holders with no work experience) Job Responsibilities Handle enquiries and assess appeals from citizens regarding government schemes, ensuring fair and thorough evaluation of each case Liaise with various public agencies to gather necessary information, coordinate responses, and address citizens' needs effectively Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements that improve service delivery Manage complex cases requiring detailed analysis and coordination across multiple stakeholders Work on projects involving a new CRM system and AI, with a focus on data analysis and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) implementation Conduct data analytics on quality service management queries from the public Other administrative tasks as required
