Responsibilities
- Assess clients' functional, cognitive, psychosocial, and physical abilities through appropriate evaluation tools and clinical observations.
- Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans based on clients' needs and goals.
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve activities of daily living (ADLs), instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs), mobility, cognition, and community participation.

- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care delivery.
- Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions, care planning, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Comply with professional practice standards, infection control protocols, workplace safety requirements, and organisational policies.
- Contribute to service development, programme implementation, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Provide supervision, mentorship, or guidance to therapy assistants, students, or junior staff where applicable.
- Key Requirements:
- Min. Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Full Registration or eligible for registration with Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC).
- Strong clinical reasoning, assessment, and intervention skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Passion for community care, rehabilitation, and improving clients' quality of life.
