About the role
We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Platform Solution Architect to lead end‑to‑end solution delivery and platform ownership across Salesforce, ServiceNow and Workday at Toll Group. This role is accountable for translating business requirements into scalable, secure solutions while independently managing architecture, delivery, governance and continuous improvement across multiple enterprise platforms. Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification in IT, Engineering or a related discipline
- Salesforce, ServiceNow and/or Workday certifications (preferred)
- Agile/Scrum delivery experience
- 5+ years' hands‑on delivery experience across two or more of Salesforce, ServiceNow or Workday
- Strong understanding of platform-specific data models, security and configuration tools
- Proven ability to manage multiple platforms and context‑switch within a complex delivery portfolio
- Experience working with offshore partners in enterprise environments
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Exposure to AI and automation capabilities within enterprise platforms (desirable)
