Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Government's primary point of contact for application development and infrastructure modernization projects.
  • Ensure successful delivery of projects by managing schedules, deliverables, risks, and quality outcomes.

  • What you'll need to succeed:
  • Active U.S. Government issued Secret Clearance (or higher-level clearance)
  • Minimum of (8) years of IT Project Management experience, focusing on agile projects
  • Demonstrated experience in executing agile programs with AI/ML
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Experience managing large complex IT programs for Federal customers related to new product development and modernization (ideally for services that leverage big data and include integrations with other source systems)
  • Experience monitoring and managing the financials and staffing of an IT program
  • Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • SALARY RANGE: $127,000 - $152,000
  • The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including:
  • The candidate's professional background and relevant work experience
  • The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs
  • Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation
  • This role is also eligible for additional compensation, subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar, which may include:
  • Performance-based bonuses
  • Company-paid training and/or certifications
