Additional Information

The CRM Intern will support customer master data governance and related operational activities in Oracle Cloud. The role primarily focuses on customer master data creation and updates, ensuring a high level of accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal control requirements. In addition to operational responsibilities, the intern will assist in identifying process gaps and improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, standardization, and overall data quality. The role is based within the Global Accounting Operations (GAO) in Bayan Lepas, Penang ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Support customer master data creation and maintenance activities in Oracle Cloud. Perform customer master new creation and change activities, ensuring all 8 key mandatory fields are accurately completed and maintained in compliance with internal control requirements. Identify incomplete or inconsistent records and escalate to senior team members for resolution. Coordinate with various stakeholders (Sales, Customer Operations, Salesforce, Pricing, Legal, Logistic and Finance) for data clarification and follow-ups. Document and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process flows reflecting any changes or enhancements to existing processes. Assist in identifying process gaps, inefficiencies, or recurring issues, and propose improvement ideas. Support implementation of process improvements, simple automation, or standardization initiatives Provide support during peak periods. (Month-end or quarter-end close) Provide ad-hoc support to management as required.
