Account Manager - Italian Speaking Deliveroo is on a mission to transform the way the world thinks about food delivery. The Restaurants Team helps our restaurant partners grow their businesses through supporting them to improve their delivery operations and attract new customers. As an SMB Account Manager, you will have discussions with our restaurant partners about all aspects of their business. Whether that's how they can get involved in our national and local marketing campaigns or our most important operational campaign priorities. Additionally, what steps they can take to offer the best delivery experience possible to customers and how they can take advantage of our latest technology and perks. You will help restaurant partners to get the very best out of our platform and you will report to your Account Management Team Leader. This will be an office-based position during your probation, following this, you will have the autonomy of hybrid working. You will work as part of the SMB (Small Medium Business) team in Manchester City Centre. The base salary is £29,300, plus a bonus of up to £6,000 per year, paid quarterly. Start date - 3rd August 2026
