- Strong operational coordination and process management skills.
- High attention to detail and execution quality.
- Ability to manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ownership mindset and proactive follow-up habits.
- Systems and process-thinking mindset.
- Interest in automation, AI tooling, operational scalability, and process optimisation.
- Ability to simplify operations without losing accuracy or control.
- Comfortable working in environments where processes are still evolving and being built.
- Experience working with operational platforms and systems (HRIS / ATS / LMS / benefits platforms etc., HiBob experience is a strong plus).
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher.

This role sits closer to operational systems coordination than traditional HR administration. We are looking for someone who naturally thinks in: workflows, dependencies, automations, ownership, bottlenecks, scalability, and operational efficiency. You will work closely with PBPs, business leaders, Finance, Legal, Service Desk, and employees across the company to ensure people-related processes work reliably, clearly, and without unnecessary friction. You will also work across multiple operational systems and platforms used within the People function, including HRIS, ATS, learning, benefits, and engagement tools.
