You are someone with: 2-3 years' experience in consulting, advisory, or professional services, or relevant industry experience where you have worked in an advisory or stakeholder‑facing role to deliver structured recommendations A demonstrated history of working with senior stakeholders (e.g. Senior Leadership Team, Board, etc.) to influence, advise, and gain alignment on technology priorities A good understanding of core technology and enterprise architecture concepts through practical experience and knowledge of technology trends (e.g. Mobility, Cloud, Digital, etc.) A strong understanding of how technology functions are structured and the services they provide (e.g. core IT operations, ITIL/ITSM concepts, etc.) Exposure to a range of enterprise technology systems and solutions (e.g. ERP/HRIS/FMIS/CRM/BI etc.), including the ability to assess suitability and trade‑offs, as well as awareness of current market trends The ability to confidently tackle ambiguous problems by structuring an approach in a logical flow with strong presentation and storytelling skills (e.g. generating and presenting advice to Steering Committees, Executive Teams, and Boards) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, business‑relevant advice while building long‑lasting and trusted relationships Experience designing, facilitating, and translating outputs of workshops with broad stakeholder groups to drive alignment, decision‑making, and investment outcomes So, who is Deloitte in Aotearoa?
