This role offers a well-rounded exposure to finance operations and administrative functions, working closely with both finance and sales teams. ๐Ÿงพ Key Responsibilities Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate billing and smooth payment processing Assist in accounts receivable audits by preparing supporting documentation and reports Perform daily closing activities and bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management Assist in month-end closing processes and preparation of financial reports Support invoicing functions and perform basic finance-related duties as assigned Collaborate with the sales team to prepare and maintain e-commerce sales reports Process and manage credit note requests, ensuring proper documentation and approvals Post accounting entries in the ERP system based on bank statements and supporting documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness Assist in filing and maintaining suppliers' invoices and delivery orders Retrieve suppliers' invoices and delivery orders to support payment processing Support general administrative duties and handle ad hoc tasks as required ๐ŸŒŸ What We're Looking For Positive mindset with willingness to learn Team player who actively contributes ideas and solutions Comfortable with administrative work and documentation Adaptable to change, especially with upcoming ERP system upgrades Detail-oriented and responsible ๐Ÿ“ Work Details Location: Ubi (10-minute walk from Tai Seng MRT) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30am - 6:30pm ๐Ÿš€ Why Join Us?
