Requirements

• Diploma in Quality Assurance, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of quality engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of FMEA, DOE, SPC, 8D, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 .
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Basic Salary: $3,800 - $4,500 Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 7:45am - 4:45pm Location: Joo Koon (Lok Yang) Job Responsibilities Handle customer quality issues, complaints, and failure investigations. Perform root cause analysis and prepare 8D reports with corrective and preventive actions. Liaise with Process Engineering to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvements. Conduct internal quality audits and ensure compliance with QMS and ISO standards. Develop and implement quality monitoring plans for new products and manufacturing processes. Drive preventive and corrective action programmes to improve product quality.
