Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree required , preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree or professional coursework in supply chain or operations is preferred.
  • Experience and Skills:
  • Required:
  • 0 - 2 years of relevant work experience, consistent with an entry to developing analyst ‑ level role .
  • Foundational knowledge of supply chain , logistics , or distribution processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and prepare clear reports.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and standard business systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined procedures.
  • Preferred:
  • Experience supporting warehouse, transportation, or distribution operations.
  • Familiarity with ERP, WMS, or TMS systems.
  • Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar).
  • Experience working with third ‑ party logistics providers.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross ‑ functional teams.
  • Other:
  • Language: English required ; French proficiency is an asset for Canada.
  • Travel: Limited, primarily domestic (up to ~10%).
  • Certifications: Supply chain or logistics certifications (e.g., APICS/ASCM) are preferred but not required .
