Clyde & Co is seeking a seasoned appellate attorney to support our trial & defense practice in handling matters in federal and state appellate courts and trial courts across the Firm. This practice includes catastrophic injury cases, bodily injury, complex business and commercial litigation, premises liability, insurance coverage, bad faith and fraud, UM/UIM, class action and mass tort, government tort claims, public entity liability, civil rights litigation, and trucking and transportation matters. The ideal candidate will be proficient in analyzing and framing factual and legal issues within the context of appellate standards of review and experienced in presenting oral arguments.
