In this role, you will... Develop high-quality marketing materials (presentations, proposals, brochures, and listing assets) aligned with brand standards Coordinate property marketing campaigns, listings, and marketing platforms/databases Support brokers with business development materials, pitch decks, and client communications Manage lease, sale, and investment transactions, including tracking milestones, documentation, and reporting Coordinate communication across brokers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless deal execution Conduct market research, including surveys, comparables, and data validation Maintain and analyze market intelligence databases; prepare reports and insights for clients and internal teams Optimize workflows, systems, and templates to improve team efficiency Stay highly organized across multiple priorities while proactively supporting team and client needs
