About the role

Our Advertising & Promotions team operates at the intersection of e-commerce and advertising, surfacing and monetizing relevant content that benefits our core audiences. We provide digital solutions to help advertisers reach all DoorDash audiences (consumer, dasher, and merchant). This role will be responsible for managing the team that supports our CPG advertisers and the DoorDash Partnership team on business insights and marketing analytics. In this role, you will partner with Product, Data Science, & Partnerships teams to pilot and scale third party measurement capabilities, with the goal of enabling CPG advertisers to grow their businesses with DoorDash's marketing products. You'll manage measurement execution end to end, create training & enablement for advertisers to drive adoption, and own budget forecasts ensuring that we're meeting demand. You will partner with cross functional partners in Sales, Marketing and Product to drive DoorDash's CPG third party measurement roadmap. You're excited about this opportunity because you will... You have 6-8+ years of experience in marketing analytics; high growth startup experience preferred Expert SQL experience required Ability to translate technical details into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and communicate clearly across cross-functional teams. Experience collaborating with engineering, data, and product teams to implement scalable marketing measurement solutions aligned with business goals. You have a proven track record of leading cross functional initiatives, hitting goals, and succeeding in a complex and fast moving environment You are a strong communicator and project manager, taking pride in the quality work your team delivers You have a BA/BS degree
