AWC is a resident master's degree program for senior military/civilian leaders from the U.S. and partner nations. The department receives financial support for research, conference attendance, and professional development. The initial appointment may be up for 3 years and is renewable. The position should be considered equivalent to tenure-track. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs): Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas: 1. Knowledge of educational requirements, instructional/evaluation methods, and the ability to design, develop, and present graduate-level curriculum to senior leadership. 2. Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and facilitate educational wargames and experiential curricula within a professional military education environment. 3. Knowledge of diverse research methodologies with the ability to conduct, lead, and publish original scholarship (discovery, integration, application) and advise student research. 4.
